Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai’s Aasif Sheikh Mourns Deepesh Bhan's Death, Reveals, ‘He Never Had Alcohol, Cigarettes, He Was Absolutely Fit’

Actor Deepesh Bhan’s tragic demise left everyone in deep shock and numb. The actor, who plays Malkhan in ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai’ passed away while playing cricket on Friday. As per reports, he suddenly collapsed in the playground and was immediately rushed to the hospital, where the doctor declared him dead. His co-actors and fans are still struggling to come to terms with his sad demise. In a recent interview, actor Aasif Sheikh stated that his whole body was shivering as he just couldn't move and think, the moment he heard about Deepesh’s death.
Speaking to Etimes TV, Aasif revealed that Deepesh Bhan never had alcohol, cigarettes, or any other substance and that he was absolutely fit. He also mentioned that the late actor was lately so much into gymming and running. He even advised Bhan that after 40 one has to slow down a little bit to avoid the over-exertion. “When he started he was a very fit man, in between he put on weight and I asked him to control weight and to keep check on his diet. But he had a point to prove that I do gymming for 3 hours, my wife is not in town. I would always tell him not to exercise for so long. Aasif Sheikh, who essays the role of Vibhuti Narayan Mishra on the show, added, “He was a teetotaler. He never had alcohol, cigarettes or any substance. He was a very clean boy. Till now we all are in shock about how this happened. How can it happen to him, he was fit, if someone is ill or has health issues we can still understand, but he was absolutely fine. In the last seven and half years of working with him, I never saw him even unwell. It is very shocking.”
The actor went on to reveal that Deepesh recently got his full body checkup done and was healthy. He had no cholesterol, nothing, only his blood pressure was on the lower side. But, that was not very alarming.
Deepesh Bhan has appeared in several popular TV shows including ‘Comedy Ka King Kaun’, ‘Comedy Club’, ‘Bhootwala’, and ‘F.I.R’.
